Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser when you visit. They help the site remember useful information — such as your preferences or whether you have already seen a notice — so you don't have to repeat yourself each time you visit.
Cookies do not access other files on your device or identify you personally unless you have provided your name or contact details through the site. Most cookies expire automatically; others remain until you delete them or they reach their set expiry date.
You are always in control. You can manage or delete cookies at any time through this page or through your browser settings.
2. The Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies
These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They do not track you or gather data for marketing purposes. They include cookies that remember your cookie consent choice and keep your session secure. Without them, basic parts of the site would not work correctly.
Duration: Session or up to 12 months | Provider: Pensara
Analytics Cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website — which pages are visited most, how long people stay, and where they come from. This information is collected in aggregate and does not identify individual users. It helps us improve the site over time.
Duration: Up to 26 months | Provider: Third-party analytics (e.g. Google Analytics)
Marketing Cookies
Marketing cookies track activity across websites to help us show you relevant information and measure the effectiveness of our communications. If you decline these, you may still see general information about Pensara but it will not be tailored based on previous visits.
Duration: Up to 12 months | Provider: Third-party advertising networks
Preference Cookies
These cookies remember settings you have chosen, such as your language or display preferences, so you do not have to reset them each visit. Declining these means some of your personalisation choices may not be saved between sessions.
Duration: Up to 6 months | Provider: Pensara
3. Your Cookie Preferences
Use the controls above to choose which optional cookie categories you are comfortable with. Your choice is saved to your browser and takes effect immediately. You can return to this page at any time to update your preferences.
4. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on our website are set by third-party services rather than by Pensara directly. These may include:
- Google Analytics — used for anonymised website usage statistics if analytics cookies are accepted. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
- Google Maps — an interactive map is embedded on our homepage to help visitors locate our office. Google may set cookies related to the map embed. You can opt out of Google's services via myaccount.google.com.
Pensara does not control third-party cookies. Please review the privacy policies of these providers for more detail.
5. Cookie Duration
- Session cookies are temporary and are deleted as soon as you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies remain on your device until they expire or you delete them. The duration varies by cookie type, as noted in the category descriptions above.
Your cookie consent choice is stored as a persistent record in your browser's local storage. It does not expire automatically but can be changed or cleared at any time on this page.

7. Your Rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), you have the right to withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time. You can do this by returning to this page and updating your preferences, or by clearing cookies from your browser.
Withdrawing consent does not affect any processing that took place before you withdrew it. It also does not affect the use of essential cookies, which are required for the site to function.
